Zoning File No. Z 19-42, MV Innovations LLC (District 4) Consider an ordinance amending the Garland Development Code of the City of Garland, Texas, by approving a Change of Zoning from Community Retail (CR) District to Single-Family-7 (SF-7) District on a 0.21-acre tract of land located at 1617 Bruce Drive; providing for conditions, restrictions, and regulations; providing a penalty under the provisions of Sec. 10.05 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Garland, Texas; providing a Notice of Conditions of Compliance Clause; a Savings Clause, and a Severability Clause; and providing an effective date. 4. Approve by minute action a development agreement with GL Lakeview Pointe Housing At the March 2, 2020 Work Session, Council considered a development agreement that will provide for the construction of an extension of Zion Road from its terminus at Bass Pro Road and Lake Ray Hubbard to connect to the I-30 frontage road. 5. Approve by minute action the PILOT payments to taxing entities through which Garland Power and Light's Limestone to Gibbons Creek transmission line passes. At the February 18, 2020 Regular Meeting, Council approved an amendment to the 2019-20 Operating Budget for PILOT payments to the taxing entities in the counties through which the Limestone to Gibbons Creek transmission line passes (Grimes, Madison, and Leon).
