Fifth Street Garland, Texas July 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.   A meeting of the Parks & Recreation Board of the City of Garland, Texas will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at 200 N. Fifth Street, in the Work Session Room, Garland, Texas. Prior to the regular meeting of the Board, the Policies and Programs Committee will meet at the same location as the regular meeting, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Policies and Programs Committee will discuss the recommendation to amend the City of Garland Code of Ordinance Section 25.05 (A)(5)
