Boards and Commissions Review and consider adopting term limits for boards and commissions Review and consider adopting uniform election dates for chairs and setting limits on the number of consecutive terms that a member may serve as chair Review and consider the authority of boards and commissions to appoint sub-committees that may or may not include 3rd parties that are not members of that board and are not subject to council oversight Review and consider rules regarding agenda creation and approval
