Finalize discussion of City participation in Civil Evictions (Bookhout) The committee met on August 27 and September 25 to discuss the city's role in providing trash receptacles to store private property. B. Consider policy concerning rescheduling the first Tuesday meeting in November on a permanent basis (Aubin/Smith) [2:45 p.m. - Recess] [3:00 p.m. - Reconvene] C. Sports League Agreements Roundtable (Smith/Aubin) The ASC and parks staff are meeting with stakeholders from sports organizations within the city to discuss scheduling and field use. This is part of a comprehensive review of all non-profit organizations that use city property. D. Pending Items for Discussion These items are ccurrently in the committee's backlog and will not be discussed at this meeting. 1.. Floor Amendments (Aubin/Smith)
